Our goal is that by December 2016, Sole Loved will have collected at least 1,000 pair of shoes, and distributed them locally to those in need. I am absolutely amazed by the ongoing support from family, friends, co-workers...and perfect strangers who continue to donate shoes to Sole Loved. It's crazy! But, it must continue. We need your help.I get calls every single day asking for a certain shoe size for a child or adult...an entire family. Many people think that 1 pair of shoes can't possibly make a difference. Really? Can you imagine if everyone on your block, in your school, in your church, at work....just donated 1 pair of shoes? Just 1 pair of shoes. The result would be life changing. If you don't have shoes to donate, please consider donating your time. We'd love to have you join us! Believe me, the smiles at the end of the day make it all worth while. Maybe your life will be changed too....
Sole Loved is a local, not for profit charity. We do not currently have 501c3 status, so every donation-including monetary donations, and ALL shoes- are considered gifts at this time. Please know that every single pair of shoes, whether new or used, goes to an individual in need...no questions asked. Sole Loved partners with several local non-profit charity organizations, including Kylie's Prayer, local churches and LCISD Common Threads- to supply shoes to local children at Title 1 schools, foster children, families in shelters, those living in motels.....and the homeless. No shoes are ever sold for profit. We welcome local shoe drives and fundraisers, and encourage you to join us in our mission. We truly believe that one pair of shoes can bring hope...and raise self esteem. One pair of shoes CAN make a difference in the life of a child, a neighbor.....a friend. Please join us.
